Key Accountabilities & Activities

• Lead the development of complex web applications with React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5,
  CSS3, JavaScript.

• Architect scalable and maintainable frontend systems with strong separation of concerns.

• Drive adoption of RWD, accessibility, and performance best practices across the team.

• Collaborate with backend and AI engineers to integrate APIs, RTC pipelines, and real-time AI features.

• Own and improve the frontend build system (Webpack, Vite, or similar) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Establish and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and documentation guidelines.

• Conduct design and code reviews, and mentor junior engineers in technical growth.

• Implement advanced state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, MobX).

• Optimize frontend for low-latency RTC experiences (video/audio streaming).

• Partner with product managers and designers to align technical feasibility with product vision.

• Stay updated on frontend trends (SSR/SSG, Next.js, WebAssembly, performance tuning).

Background, Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 8+ years of frontend engineering experience in building production-grade web apps.

• Expert proficiency in React, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

• Strong experience in Responsive Web Design (RWD) and building cross-platform UIs.

• Proven expertise in state management libraries and architectural patterns.

• Deep understanding of performance optimization (lazy loading, memoization, bundling).

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with WebRTC or real-time communication technologies.

• Knowledge of security practices for frontend apps (XSS, CSRF, content security policies).

• Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering best practices.

• Comfortable in a startup environment – fast-paced, hands-on, and execution-driven.
