Challenges
As virtual learning became central to K–12 education, Edmentum faced rising demand for real-time, high-quality instruction.
They needed to:
Scale synchronous programs quickly without degrading quality
Support certified educators teaching students nationwide
Launch new models like Targeted Skills Instruction for learning recovery
Eliminate disconnected tools and manual operational overhead
Generic meeting platforms could not keep up. They were not designed for education, deep integration, or classroom-scale instruction.
